  yea, incremental bets is a popular betting system, until you realize you don't have the bank roll to account for that time when it finally goes sour

  like we know flipping a coin is 50/50, but try flipping a coin 100, or even 1000 times and take note of how many times in a row in lands on 1 side or the other - might surprise you

  system is known as the martingale - can find out a lot about it on the internet
