Just joined and hacking my way around , but noticed that a hack on 150 average is winning a lot of the closest to hole competitions. Is this genuine? Also if you are winning lots of competitions , then should you not be a hack anymore?
The only way to tier up is playing ranked stroke play rounds. If the player in question avoids playing ranked stroke play rounds, he/she will never tier up.

The above player the op mentions has never played a Ranked game since he joined in February 2011. Level 55 with some good irons and wedges for ctth's.!!!!!!
