shot bar questions

   Are there any descriptions on how the shot bar works when swinging? i figured out how to hit the ball and stop at the line but what are the extra lines for? when i swing why does the meter get small or large when i swing my club back and forth?

  The centerline and light blue area represent the sweet spot on the club.  As you increase your back swing to gain more power, the sweet spot becomes smaller and harder to hit accurately. Any "off-center" hit will result in sub par distance, height and direction.

   I can't find anywhere here that explains how to putt. If you bring the swing back all the way will it travel 30 feet? How can you tell how far 12 feet is or 6 feet etc.....

  Winebear.  A simple answer to your question is PRACTICE!.....but so far WGT hasn't provided a practice facility.

  A shot bar will not appear on my screen. What am I doing wrong, it is my first time using the site.  I get up to practice , and everything except the shot bar appears, or an explenation on how to get it on the screen, can anyone point me in th right way.  Do I have to give financial information?

  Hi Shawn,

  Would you be able to take a screen shot of what you are seeing? Is your screen resolution set to 1024x768 or above?

  WGT does indeed provide practice facilities. They provide a practice mode so you get to practice on the exact holes and greens you will play.
