    Check out the video in today's news. The greens at Oakmont look real slick. Can't wait.

    Those fly-overs of Oakmont from there website are truly awesome. I think were going to be in for a real treat when this is done.

    I real treat, its going to be awesome.  Tight fairways, lots of sand, sloping greens, wow!!!

     It looks like a Masterpiece! Makes me wonder how in the world Johnny Miller shot that 63 at the US Open way back when. Does anyone know if that is the course record?

    Hopefully they will put the masters on the championship tees because the course yardage for the other tees is ridicoulsly low.

    From an earlier description of the course, distance is the last thing to worry about. Apparently there's a whole bunch of BPB#15 greens there and GIR, more importantly position on the green, and putting will be the needed strengths there.
