It's all down to the whim of WGT.

    What is a "top customer"?

One who plays at weekends only or one who plays every day?

The weekend customer who plays 20 rounds or the daily customer who plays 1 round per day?

The weekend customer who spends $10 or the daily customer who spends nothing?

They should have made WGT Nation a bit more "elitist" therefore giving players a goal to aim for.  As it is WGT Nation does nothing more than add a wee Nation Flag to our name.

... doesn't even have great clubs for his 30 level. ...

You dont need to have great clubs for being amateur around lvl 30. You dont know if he saves up on credits to have the necessary amount available for buying higher level/tier equipment.

You dont know if he spends credits on RGs or premium tourneys or somehting entirely different.

You cant judge on inventory of bags or anything else. Apparently he have fullfilled some requirement for becoming a Nation member. Otherwise he probably wouldnt have made it there.

There is always the suspicion of nepotism. But that is just speculations and cannot be verified. So any accusations of that, which I personally think you are getting close to, is based on nothing but anyones own opinion.

There are lots of ways you can be a "top customer". Apart from Buggyyys statement which is a list of 3 possible ways, you can also contribute greatly by constructive criticism on forum, helping out other people on forum, viewing or even buying from the offers in the Credits section ... take your pick.

If you really want to know why he is a nation member, and youre not, then raise the question with WGT. Not with anyone else. We all have our own opinions on various topics. So to make this "unfair Im not a member"-reply is somewhat unnecessary.

Btw ... the "unfair Im not a member" statement is what I deducted from your post. It is my opinion. Might be wrong - but that is the general sentiment I get from your post. :)

I am not sure what you meant by that remark...........I was accurate on my statement of spending $$ making a difference. WGT is catering to it's best customers which to me seems perfectly normal.I have been in business long enough to know to look after your good customers and forget the deadbeats !

I didn't say all three have to be taken into effect. I said it could be one of the three or something else. He probably put some money into this game. Reaching Master in three months is OK, but not that impressive. I made Legend in two months. I'm not bragging, there are just people that rank up way faster than others.

Well, since you have an answer for everything, what "something else" could get this player in with his time in & stats? And I promise you it ain't money spent, unless he made an endowment to wgt. As I stated earlier, he's only been here a month & hasn't bought many clubs at all. Eagerly awaiting your wisdom.

PS Your comments are ok, but not that impressive.  Mine make a lot more sense. Not bragging, but some people just make more sense than others.

Oh yeah, thanks for taking a legitimate question, & when your answer was disproven, making it personal.  Real class.  Totally unnecessary.

Really m8, if you are expecting logic an reasoning to carry any weight here then you are in for a frustrating time.  There are 3 major points to take into consideration

    1. Wgt are always right and don't have to give reasons.

    2. Wgt are in this business to maximise profit using any means necessary to achieve that  aim as all busineses do. They provide an exellent game and we play it because we like it. If you expect fairness, logic or detailed explanations then don't play.

    3. There is no need for a 3rd. reason, every grievance that you could possibly concieve has been voiced a hundered times and either ridiculed or ignored, So save you breath and shelve your suspicions and just play.... and enjoy.

I , by the way, am a member of the Wgt community and I haven't the faintest idea what it's all about but I do know I joined of my own free will.

Chill out people,  Think of all the money wgt saves us . I for one have had far more expensive pastimes,   Peace !

Well said...........  I am soooo tired of the whining and beeching (spelling error on purpose). If people really hate the game that much, I suggest leaving it. Pretty basic in my humble opinion.I play here for the friends I have made.........the game means very little to me anymore. Win-----lose---tie-----get metered  IDGAS    !
