....And that should be the limit!.....1 attempt per person & if you disconnect or want to restart, you get no score. ( practice before you enter the tournament as in real golf! )

I can't believe some people play this one & that joke Kiawah tournament and restart over & over until they make 2-3 eagles and finally decide to PLAY on......Unreal!

You have a lot of opinions for someone that has played 61 rounds. I bet you're opinions will change if you become a good Legend player.

About the part where I mentioned restarting until you 2-3 eagles:)......No, my opinion will still stand on that.  Along with SINGLE play for those tournaments offered to the 5+ million WGT players, but only ever won by the 25-50 players that usually win any tournament, ready go or whatever WGT cooks up for that group.

Do you ever look at the monthly money earnings?...Take the 50 or so top players, mix their name in a hat, reshuffle, then you will get the following months leaders. so on & so on.

Like I mentioned to another poster earlier......you have to have a 61 average to make legend!.....millions of players (like myself) have never even shot one of those scores.....For me, legend will never happen...not that good as a pinball wizard as you might think...

After 61 ranked rounds i thought i'd never shoot under 60 or make legend either. After over 2000 rounds tho i realise that the real low rounds are possible with the knowledge about the game i have gained. Just have fun trying to get there.

The, "Us Open Qualifier"  Is one of the biggest jokes ive even seen.  As a scratch golfer who isn't one of those people who actually pays money to an online golf game, its comical how impossible the course is for the sane population who haven't spent any money on better clubs.  It is nearly impossible to even drive the fairways.  Nice job WGT, your game is a complete joke.  All of you guys should spend your time and money in a better place and go out and play some real golf.  This game is a complete scam that I hope none of you are actually buying into.

Most golfers like this game. You are not required to play any particular course at wgt.

I'm a golfer and, quite frankley, it's a blast! i'm not very good at it, yet, but I'm getting there.

I have not spent very much here either, hell I can't get one nights entertainment for what I have spent on this game since I joined.

It is what it is dude, a vidio game. YOu must like the game, you shot an eagle, go shoot another one. Idk, I actually believe that you think that this should be more like 'real' golf and c'mon, what do they have in your water?

I played the Open qualifier today even tho' I'm not qualified to do so, not being a Legend. I did get an award for that, the Tin Lexus Olympic Dominator Award, worth 5 ex points, and I deserved it just for finishing! My 74 was not a good score, but it was what I deserved the way I played with the equipment I have. But I sure am glad to at least see the entire course from the Legend tees. I was tempted many times to quit because it looked like I'd never even break par,(which I didn't) but I birdied #3 with a 44.2 putt that looked like a miss on the inside but leaped into the hole! VEM was on my side that time! Besides, this game is just plain fun no matter how frustrating it may be, and I enjoy it. I may even buy some decent balls and try again. Or not.

If only all the non-legends thought this way it would be a lot happier place round here.

Save your credits on the balls. I've sent you some just for the positive attitude.

I'm finding the Qualifier fun and challenging from the Legend tees. It's longer and harder than I'm used to playing but it's where I want to play from in the near future. Shot 6 under hitting about 66% of the fairways and about 75% of the greens in my latest attempt. After missing the ding on my tee shot and approach, I missed the ding on a flop shot while not taking into account the wind and holed out for a birdie that was sweet as could be on one of the holes. So much for this VOM or VEM or whatever it's called. ;)

The course looks and plays fantastic and should be a good test for the top players that get in the US Open. I don't expect to be one of them this year but next year I'm gonna be a competitor.

Good luck to all and have fun.

Yes you are. This isn't restricted to just Legends, anybody can try to qualify.

    Hummm,

Well I at one time though that Legend was unthinkable for me. Well less than 1000 ranked rounds later, guess what.

Many here get there a lot quicker than I did, so think what you will, but it is doable if your willing to put the time in.

I will never be the best player here, or even break the top 100 ....

    Hummm,

Oh crap, that's what I thought about making it to Legend 4-5 months ago ....

    lol
