At this point, uneven lies is a purely WGT thing. Disregarding the probability that they have overemphasized the effects of an uneven lie. they have, thus far, discounted the conditions that a player might take to mitigate the effects.
I have seen no options to back up from the ball, or step forward, or choke up on the club, or open my clubface or close my clubface. WGT has presented us with a new problem but they have denied us the most common and effective solutions that are available in real life. I know it's merely a game and not truly indicative of a real, physical game.
Nevertheless, they should not offer problems that have no solutions whatsoever. Presentations of that nature introduce the concept of a crap shoot, not golf.
Just sayin'.
