New to Firefox need help

  Okay so I have been playing with Firefox lately and really I find the performance about the same game-wise, maybe a slight improvement not sure.

  Anyway I noticed that Firefox is using Flash version 9, so i tried to update it and after it says "installion completed successfully".  Problem is it only installs version 9 again, I've tried a couple times too. 

  When using IE I am using version 10. 

  Not sure how to correct this now, Flash recommends unistalling Flash completely but I didn't really want to go that route.   I think I must of did something wrong in one of the Firefox menus.....

  If anyone adept in Firefox has any ideas please let me know.

  Go that route. It's how you do it. Use the Flash uninstaller, not the Windows one. Trust it, it works.  (Looking for the thread.)

  Thanks for the coaxing Jim, apparently that was the only thing that was going to work.

  The weird thing was why IE was ver 10 and FF was ver 9

  Using the newest version now :)
