  Hazen, congrats you defeated the current champion, but shows it is always anyones tourney, with the 1st 64 champion also being knocked out 1st round of the following 64 tourney.

  Ok, just played my round with jasrjones1 and I won 3 up, two to play.

  Jason got metered horribly right at the end, left a bad taste in the mouth to be honest....

  It was a good and enjoyable match with Bobby.  Was either 1up or AS until 15 where he went 2up. I did have a chance to halve 16 and extend the match but yes got metered.  Bobby was spot on with almost every approach and deserved the win. Good luck the rest of the way. Thank you for hosting this tourament Rosey it was fun again.

  Yes, I always enjoy them.  Even though both times I have been booted in Round 1.  Some stiff competition.

  Just completed my match with hpurey and I was very fortunate to win 1up.  I was lucky to catch him on his first shots of the day and got out 3up after 6, but he came storming back to even the match by the 12th.  The rest of the way it was back and forth and came down to the last shot.  Great player and great sportsman and very much enjoyed the game and I look forward to playing him again soon.

  Clarkebosun (Bobby) and myself hooked up to play our game.....and what a game it was!

  Although I took an early lead, Bobby pegged me back and took the lead on 14, I squared it up until 18 and managed to squeak the win on the 1st extra hole. To say I needed to bring my "A" game was an understatement. One of the best quality matches I have had the pleasure of being involved in. And to share the round with an absolute gentleman and excellent player was a pleasure.
