I'm a new player and still try to figure out how to aim the ball after tee off. I tried everything, but it goes in different directions when I use the keyboard arrows left and right. Any idea and every help is appreciated.

Just to be clear - you are asking for way to control the ball AFTER you hit it?  This isn't Tiger Woods (not even sure if you can still control the ball after the shot in that series) and no such thing exists on WGT.  My suggestion would be to be diligent at controlling every thing you can before you hit it and then do your best to accept the outcome of the shot.

There is no way of controlling the ball mid-air. Check the tutorials on the right side of this page for some help with How to Hit the Ball, Reading Your Lie, Selecting Right Club, and more! Spammage is right. Set up before the shot, and hope for a good outcome.

I disagree. With the EZ swings you can learn a lot. Your learn how the wind affects the ball, the relative powers, different shots for different situations. Hard to do if you miss the ding all the time - you have no idea how much the error affected the shot. The motorics of getting a ding is secondary to how you read the and plan the shot.

In a round about way thats true but your game will elevate once you figure out how to make missing the ding work for you not against you. Its humanly impossible to hit the ding everytime so when your setting up your shot leave room for error on either side of the ding.

But even more so read those instructions and people s posts on how to hit the ball. I probably hit the ding 65% of the time but I leave myself room for error I sometimes (especially when putting) miss the ding on the left or right just  a little to compensate for wind and or line of putt depending on which way the grain or wind goes.

This probably sounds like a foreign language to you right now but practice alot and you will see what I am talking about or do your homework in this forum by reading what some of the top players do.

Good luck and remember ...Grip it n rip it!

I have never actually used the EZ swings, but I remember wishing I had something like that in the beginning, specially since I back than played on a Mac and the meter itself was a huge bunker with trees in it.

What I mean is that there is many aspects of the game to learn. Calculate wind effects, elevation, how rough and sand affects the shot, backspin (although I doubt you get any with an EZ) and so on. If you can experiment in those areas while having a solid reference 'ding', you can save time.
