Why should a Ball provide a slower meter speed?

  It's not exactly the same place I looked it up when i jumped from my 2 cents to a Nickle (inflation), but it works.  Vindicated, My Nickle, with a little help.

  LOL. Thanks to you now, Lee, I'm not sure what to call the style of handles I use sometimes in the kitchens I build. Is is nickel plated or nickle plated? ;-)
