Huge kudos for organizing such a thorough tournament with so much of a scope - I had enough stress creating my own CCs Summer Tour!

One thing I must have missed somewhere is what course coincides with which tournament - unless that's announced the day the tournament starts or something along those lines.

Looking forward to playing with some of the big guns and hopefully improving my game a tick or two!

    Jim

A while back I made a video of how to save and post a scorecard using Greenshot.  In case people are having problems with saving a scorecard, I'll post a link here to the video.

    Saving a scorecard

I have also posted the same link in the blog section on my profile.

Sorry about the accent, not the best in the world!  But hopefully I've made the instructions simple enough to understand.  If anyone doesn't understand anything, post on my wall and I'll try to answer your query.  For anyone with Skype, I can even talk you through it.  Again, post on my wall and I'll add you as a contact on Skype.

I was reviewing the sign up sheet and noticed in my block the time frame available was 2 am - 7 am.  Does anyone know how to change the availability time, it should be after 8:00 pm during the week, saturday's after 7:00 pm, and anytime Sunday.  Thanks.

Many thanks Mio for posting that link. Everyone has plenty of time to get used to posting a card so there should be no reason why this isn't possible once the tour gets underway.

Just to reiterate this area, the approximate playing time column in the list of registered players is really used for management when pairing players for round 3 (after the cut). It can also be used by tour players to get an approximate idea of who they are likely to be able to pair up with for R1 & R2.

The stated times are in-line with GMT (the time which I'm based from). By unifying everyone at this standardised time, it makes it easier for me to be able to pair players together from all around the world.

2am therefore in your instance is fairly accurate as once you subtract the five hours time difference, it'd be 9pm EST. The times aren't going to be perfect and if players do want to highlight inaccuracies then by all means let me know and I'll change the document accordingly.

Keep asking questions guys; I want everyone to know exactly what to expect before starting the tour.
