MyView works well for me. Yes, it can be frustrating to get kicked out at some point in time during the selection or survey process but that's the price we pay for trying to obtain credits we don't pay cash for.
It takes a ton of patience and perseverance. Other than that, the only suggestion I would make is don't bother with them if it bothers you that much. Try another avenue (cash, video views, other survey companies) to obtain credits.
