gifting

  A friend gifted me a G20 driver a short time ago,I have not seen it yet.I guess what I am trying to figure out is if there is something I need to do to receive the gift.So any information would be helpful.Thanks.

  hi

  you should see the driver in your bag, it will not auto equip, so go to driver part and scroll left or right and you should see it.

  also, it should send you an email as well. if you didn't get either/both then likely the gift was not sent.

  wgticon- does it make any difference if the gifted club is not approved for the receiver's level? I've never used the gifting system so I'm wondering what prevents  someone sending a level 80 club to a level 40 player.

  You can only use clubs that you have leveled up to.

  Is this true admin/mods? It seems you should be able to gift people things above their level, but they just wouldn't be able to use it until they get to that level :/

   

  edit: actually on a side note what i REALLY wish WGT would do is make the ability to gift clubs you already have. ie if someone had the Rossa putter and bought the Nike Method, obviously you won't use both, so you should be able to give equipment you already have away :( kinda sucks :/

  Hi, I was wondering if I already own a club but don't use it any longer can I send it to a friend to use as a gift? I hope so would help him out alot. Thanks for any reply's

  no, gifting is only possible from the pro shop.

  After spending over 3000 credits on a full set of clubs, the least that WGT should allow is to be able to gift those clubs to other people. I believe many players, even legend, are asking themselves the same question..
