    if wgt gives the club, e.g. as a prize from a sweep stake, then it can be used.

    you can gift anything on here. its a gift to them but you pay full price again and your stays with you. un less you sell for pennies of cost to buy.

    Nope. Tiered items (e.g. Legend balls) above (Tour?) Pro tier cannot be gifted.

    To be clear: The gifting person cannot resell the item's license, but the receiver can, for 25% of the original price (only clubs in the "Clubs" section of the Pro Shop, not the Golden Putter).

    The statement you can only use clubs that you have levelled up to is untrue.

    As most regulars on here know I was offered a bundle, for cash, when I levelled up to L83 that contained L90 clubs and a L92 driver

    It seems the rules change if you're prepared to part with the readies
