Good news! We have diligently worked, as promised, to correct this error and as of about 15 mins ago, it has been resolved. You will now be able to correctly convert your pounds in to credits.

credits sorted out, thanx wgt, but we now have another problem. wont accept payment, keeps coming up with error. as per a previous post. so not an isolated inncident again. as it costs, to reply to the txt message to recieve your credits. it has now cost me cash to no avail.
