Not following as close as I would like but it seems to me the Stars are bringing the A game to every match.

Not for anything, I give the Devs A LOT of credit putting themselves out there against an All Star line-up. That being said, it does make for some interesting entertainment. Good Luck to both but an extra splash to the Devs, you may need it over the long haul. edge

Thanks for the match, Hass. One of the more intense matches I've played. I played particularly well given my lack of play time recently. Hass is probably pretty close saying it was 57s or better for the both of us. He hung in there surprisingly well with me dropping a few bombs from long range when it seemed he'd get back to AS. He finally did on 17 when I clicked late on my approach and ended 10ft right of the hole leaving a stupid tricky bender that lipped out high side. On 18 I figured it was over, I got a giant deviation on my approach after he stuffed it to 4ft, I told him gg before I even hit my putt lol. Somehow his 4 footer lipped out pretty hard and we went to SD. I had 35ft, he had 26ft after hitting drives into the thick stuff, I lipped out, he hit his dead center and that was that! Great match, Hass, enjoyed it

Wow .. what a performance by the All Stars.    I told you all we were the underdogs.

First thank you to everyone for getting their matches done so quickly.   I love a tourney when it doesn't drag on forever.

Second ---  I'm just happy we were able to stay with you and only be down 3 points after the first 1 point round.    But .. now it's on to Olympic where Stoney, Runwme, Mrenn and a few others all put up some pretty big scores in the open.    I'm hoping there's still a bit of gas left in the Dev's tank.   We'll have a tiny lineup switch in round 2 ... and with the Match point value's doubled ... anything can happen.

Third---- it will be on to Oakmont .... for the 3 point matches.

I've sent our lineup to MikeyBag (sounds mafioso doesn't it) for him to do the matchups.  Once he's got it set up ... we can get going.

Finally .... as an added attraction ... MikeyBag and I have agreed to do 3 exhibition matches the same way the Dev's and All Stars are playing on each course ... just to see how we would fare in a captain vs. captain challenge.   It won't count at all in the scoring... but should add another dimension to the festivities as the All Stars can watch me get my ass kicked too.

Good luck everyone in Round 2

If it's an eating contest I put my money on Lou, after his time on a diet he is ready to bust loose.

Congrats to the ALL STARS for talking section one but much like the Family Feud, the points are all doubled and be careful that Richard Dawson doesn't slip the tongue to the women.

Nice job playing this in a timely manner as Lou mentioned, I'll be following the second round and I'm pretty sure our boys will have something for you on Olympic.
