Congratulations to all of the 199 qualifiers representing 49 Country Clubs for this years Virtual US Open. I thought it would be interesting to see what the Country Club representation looked like. (since I was bored stiff in my morning meeting) .. :)
Of the clubs with more than 1 qualifier .....
- The Italian CC led the way with 38% of their members qualifying, followed by Transgressional (37%) and Deviations (33%).
- Electra and Deviations both had 19 members qualify, followed by The Elite CC with 18.
- Bridgestone Golf had the lowest average (55.0), followed by Deviations (55.6) and Gran Supergolfmannar (56.0)
In addition 18 players with no CC affiliations qualified (9% of the total) ... and 27 country clubs had 1 player qualify
