Starter clubs tournament

  [Cerino: you just beat me to posting... figuring out how to upload scorecard...]

  Just finished on 18 in my game with Cerino. Cerino won a hard-fought match 2 up on the last, sinking some great putts when it mattered.

  My heart sank when I drew a Legend first up (although a bit of research later revealed that most of you are Legends lol!), but I couldn't have asked for a kinder and more respectful opponent. As a relative newbie at WGT, I just want to say how impressed I am by the community as a whole, and by folks such as Cerino, a real gentleman.

  Starter clubs from tough tees makes for a real challenge, more like the real golf I experience!

  If anyone wants a practice partner for the rest of the tournament, please let me know.

  I think you'll find that with starter clubs we don't tend to be under par, or at best 1 to 2 under.  But that will down to the putting more than anything because we know the greens.

  Played lazerl last night. Good fun match.

  Had a slight glitch on #9 where the system crashed. Had to restart, concede and reconcede, but got there in the end.

  Won 7&6.

  Thanks for the game lazerl, good laugh with these clubs.

  Just played my 2nd round match against my good friend Tony (one19357). It was a tight game at the start but Tony let me in around the half way mark and i managed to pull out a lead.

  Dazza wins 5&4 (have card if needed)
