  Just a word of advice to players in this tournament. After you've just played a match don't forget to switch your clubs back to your good 1's before you attempt to play the Legend Kiawah back 9 ready go like i just did...lol

  I wondered who would be the first to do it!

  Bracket updated with all the latest results.

  If any pair want to play their 2nd rounds, feel free.  Check the first post in this thread for course and conditions.  Everyone who wins their 2nd round games are guaranteed a prize.  The further you progress, the better the prize.

  Your tourney is going quite well Mio with 2/3 of the first round completed (21/32)!  Well done.  We're playing our 1st round tomorrow morning.

  Thank you.  I'm certainly enjoying playing with starters.  I'm playing my 2nd round game tomorrow morning.

  I shall hopefully be posting a gentle reminder tomorrow on the walls of those remaining to play their 1st rounds.  Please don't take offence if you already have your game arranged.

  Hey Mio. Special thanks for the Tourney. It's so much fun to get back to basics and play the starters. Can't wait for the second round. I've played a practice round on St A with the settings. What a blast and it was very hard BTW. Moderate wind on St A blows 20 mph in your face when you can least afford the distance.

  Great job and thanks for putting it together.

  WGT took the site down for maint. at 7am?  we were only on #2 though.

      First round match with Swannyxx .. I win it 2 &1. 

  I forgot just how crappy these starter clubs were ....lol.... BUT this sure was a fun round.
