This game is definitely challenging - but if you give it some time you will get better

I sometimes really do believe that the game of golf is for people who like pain and challenge.

We learn that through marriage. That's why we go out and play golf. ;-)

mn, give it a chance. Look at my stats, pitiful for as long as I have been on here. I play this game just like I do real golf. As they say, I play like old people $crew. Just wish my stats IRL were as good as they are here. Don't take this wrong, PLEASE, you are a newbie. Ask questions, play with a lot of folks, we are here to help. That is what makes it a community.  Hide your wallet and have fun.

Now what we have here, is a failure too communicate. Mr. mnguy it is time too get your mind right, and you will get your mind right. This game is for those who rant, rave, scream, curse and in some cases plot serious bodily harm towards those who created and manage  this game. This game however is not for quitters or cry babies. You will do the videos and surveys for free credits. You will put your time in like everyone else. You will use the forums, too moan, b!tch , and complain as often as you like. But you will not QUIT!!!!!! We do not care if you play a bad round, dig new bunkers with your irons or pitch a fit. You will suck it up and tough it out just like the rest of us,and you will learn to have fun. So, PICK UP THOSE CLUBS AND GO AND HIT THOSE FAIRWAYS!!!!!!!!!! Welcome to The Pain Factory, aka W.G.T. and the game of golf. This is THE MOST HEARTBREAKING GAME that you will ever enjoy playing. Play well Grasshopper and welcome to the family. SEEEEEE Yaaaaaa.

Take your time and build your credits. Play practice stroke rounds for your XP points and work on your game.Learn the clubs that you have and develop your game and learn your way around the courses. After you get to lvl 25 and higher, you can start to think about upgrading your clubs. When you  get there , take a look at the Ping Raptures if you want a slow meter, they were good to me. But the choices will all be yours. Have fun and play well. Seeeeee Yaaaaaaa.

Very good advice Lonnie. Practice rounds play very well and the Ping Raptures served me just fine.
