hi folks can someone tell me how to add friends to the game ?

you can do so 2 different ways:
1. click add a friend button during a match (top left corner)
2. find username in search, click on their profile and click to add a friend on top right corner.
once they confirm, it's done.

i added such friends but they dont appear in friends THATS WHY?
