question about ranking up

  I read it is based on ranked and tourney rounds, i have 211 ranked rounds and 156 tourneys, i am a master rank, i played someone who has 1,053  ranked rounds and 434 tourneys also is master can anybody explain this  in a little more detail how that works? thanks for response keep it simple for a dummy im golf terminology impaired lol ;]

  When you reach a 63 average you'll become a Tour Master as long as you have played 40 rounds in your current tier. Anyone with inappropriate averages have probably done this by avoiding stroke-play games.

  @Piz, this unknown guy who played more ranked rounds and tourneys has not avoided them, he just may be a slow learner :)
