Club Change; Solution to the Problem

  W.G.T., is moving the Rll S driver to a higher level in order to make the tiers more even.The move is also being made because some players at the Legend tier cant compete due to lack of XPs . Thus unable to purchase the higher level clubs. The move, punishes many players through no fault of their own. In another thread, on this matter, a player wanted to compare W.G.T., to the P.G.A. . They want to compare Legends to Pros. Here is the solution to the problem. In the P.G.A., when the top players cant compete, they lose their Q card and have to go back and re- qualify. Do the same thing here. When Legends cant compete, due to inability to upgrade their clubs and thus perform as a Legend should . Demote them to TOUR PRO, until they reach lvl 80.Once they can upgrade their clubs and play with the Big BOYS, they can regain Legend tier. Why punish every one because some players made the mad dash to become Legend and cant keep up.Want the status,earn it. Want the clubs, level up and earn them. We all pay to play, and we  get what we earn. There should be NO EXCEPTIONS... Happy Swingin..

  You'll have thousands of dishonest players licking their lips at the prospect of playing a few pathetic rounds just to be demoted back to a lower tier, where they can all of a sudden remember how to play good and win everything.  A sand-baggers dream

  No , not a sand-baggers dream, if demoted, player will not be allowed to compete in any tournaments or  play for credits, only play single stroke play rounds for XPs. Until they level up all competition play will be closed to them. Just like the real PGA . Lock those players completely down, so they cant take advantage of other players. No restart accounts, and if players are caught engaging in any other kind of play, they  will be banned from the game indefinitely.

  So, you want to punish players for playing well?  This has to be the worst suggestion I have seen here.  This would encourage sandbagging to no end as people will be afraid to advance in tier for fear of being punished as a result of good scores.  

  The only real solution is to open up all equipment to Legend tier players

  Wow lonnie that is a messed up decision, so if they did that they would be basically throwing out all the efforts of all the top legends and all the other legends and demoting them back to tour pro just because of a few bad rounds, and also acting like they did nothing to make legend. you are basically disrespecting every legend on WGT. Are you stupid? All us legends worked hard spending hours and hours on this game trying to better our score and one day finally become legend. Think about what you say before it comes out of your mouth.

  And how will the lower level Legends be taking advantage of other players when Legends have the LONGEST TEES and they don't have the top equipment to beat the other Legends or any other tier?

  They chose the path that they took. You wanted to make legend in 2-6 months fine. But when YOU cant play with the Big Boys, because YOU dont have the clubs to do so. Who`s fault is that?  If you haven`t acquired the XPs to unlock the better clubs, Who`s fault is that?I worked hard  to get to Master lvl 89 , and I have the clubs to hit off the champion tees.I dont play for credits, because I dont gamble. I dont play in the tournaments because of the games glitches. I am a casual player, and play only for fun. You want to be the TOP DOGS, then you earn it. You want the best clubs, then you earn them. Again, we all pay to play. We get what we earn. There should be no exceptions. IF YOU CANT RUN WITH THE BIG DOGS, THEN STAY ON THE PORCH. Happy Swigin.

  If that Legend is demoted to Tour Pro they wont have the longest tees. They will be playing from the same tees as Tour Pros. This is why all competition play will not be allowed , until that player has Legend level clubs. No tournament play , no playing for credits, all play is restricted to XPs only. No exceptions.
