    Buggyyy:

Hello, I have a new idea - CC member roles.

We all know that the owner is in charge of everything: running the forums, inviting new members, changing things, and etc.

I was thinking of there being a few different roles that members could have.

    Owner - can do anything

Co Owner (Vice President) - can do everything the owner can do except transfering ownership and deleting club

Moderator - can edit forum posts, delete them

Recruiter - can invite members to club

Tournament coordinator - can edit tournament titles, delete accidental tournaments (if this is ever implemented)

I think this would be good for CC owner to relieve some stress. I know most owners can't be on all the time or when needed, so some member roles can help out.

great idea! would take some of the load off and give owners more time to just play. hope wgt makes it happen!

I know the stress owners go through to make sure their CC's are running at their best. I know they could all use some support, and the club members should be able to provide this "help".

I wonder if this could be easily implemented.

I figure that the CC owners can assign each position. These options could be located under the Owner's Tools tab.

I appreciate the help Rich! I'd love to be a big part of a CC without being the owner.

I agree, Not only would a structured environment of a CC be less stressfull, but if certain members were able to invite thier friends to CC's we could grow our memberships through the people we know.

Being the President of my CC, My Friends are my friends, I don't know YOUR friends, even though you are in my CC. You as my Co Owner (Vice President), Moderator , or even put a limit as to (10) Recruiters - can invite members to club.

It will grow the CC's and keep a homegrown flavor about who we are and what we do.

    Big Thumbs up from me.

Just one small amendment to your Idea.....   The only person who can boot somebody out of the CC is the Owner or you might get into a situation where the Vice President might start getting rid of people without the owner knowing.

Apart from that small thing, Very good Suggestion.

This is a wonderful point. I'm glad to see that people new to the forums come in making sense.

Do we have any new updates from WGT on the progress of this great idea. Or at  least a Club Co-owner.

    Thanks, James
