  Yes........it's "YARDS".......thank you for correcting me here.

  BTW.....I just played that hole again.  This time, my ball didn't land ABOVE the hole...it landed and stopped just 1 yard in front & below the hole......easy Birdie.

  There are several. #15 at Bethpage, #9 at Oakmont (if pin is in original location), for me #17 at St.Andy--no matter how I hit an approach it seems wrong-- and lastly pick one on RSG.

  For me Oakmont No. 6 from the Legend tees with the pin in the front location. Right of the hole is major trouble.

  Nice! I'm usually lucky to get away with par on #15. If I hit the green I can't hold it. Do best hitting the trap and flopping out. Sad isn't it? #17 St Andy just has my "number". Will try your suggestions--thanks

  i totally agree!! 17 s a bad boy....so is #2....its like a big break on all sides of the hole....if i get out with a par on those   2 i'll shoot under easily

  Oakmont #9 ... without a doubt ...

  But one of my most hated holes is Whistler #12...

  Strangely, I eagled it the first time I played Whistler's back nine ...
