I know this is your space, but, please explain to all the members on WGT, how a player can go from a hack to a Legend in 6 weeks. Another in 10 weeks. I don't need to mention names here(a big no no), because you know who they are. Please explain, why thousands of players have spent a lot of money, and countless hours, moving through the ranks, and all of a sudden it is possible to reach the tips in 6 weeks and 250 ranked rounds. The masses are waiting for an answer on this one.

I also would like to know why I was a 71.8 today, I finally made tour pro this morning and played one game got a 40 and moved to 80?? My meter and the course have been choppy and jotting which has made it harder to play and get my scores down. I have spent alot of money buying balls and equipment to improve my game.

Well they have clearly played the game before taking their six weeks to making legend, but....

It's not against the rules to create a new account, WGT ask you to inform them that you have a new account to shut down youre previous one. So unless you know the player in question has'nt, they may have acted within the rules, and done nothing wrong.

Point is there's nothing wrong with playing the game on a 'new' account, if WGT's rules have been followed.

I have no problem with someone making legend in just a few weeks.  They have obviously shot the scores needed to achieve that standing or been moved up by WGT because they were winning tournaments in a lower tier.

The much larger problem is the level 94 pro taking advantage of others for credits.  If someone wants to "reverse sandbag" and get to Legend quicker they don't really have anything to gain and will be competing against the best from the tips.

Reaching it in less than 250 rounds is not that big of a deal with the 150 being the minimum required. I'll be there in around 230 (less than 10 to go). The problem is time. It'll take me over 7 months, cause I played with starters until I reached L59 and was almost a master tier by then. I think the biggest issue are level boosts, but then again, I'm sure they generate a lot of revenue so they appear to be a necessary evil. But I think (and I've seen a lot of people raise the same point) that a tier + XP level combo requirements for getting clubs should fix most issues.

    It is possible.

The best example I can give you is runwme, I think last year, he did it all in 1 month. From what he told me is he played like 300+ rounds in  that month.

Now, I do not know who you referring to, so I am making a guess, but it possible.

9 weeks for me, 250 ranked rounds, never played the game before that, no big deal.

patipoo, this is because when move up to a new tier your scoring ave starts fresh again.

for eg, if you shoot a 28 for 9 holes on your first ranked round as a legend your ave will be 56....so when you play your first ranked round as a master, your first score at that tier will determined your average....so try and make some low scores on your first few ranked rounds as master, you will have less work to do in the long run :)

OK so it's possible, I still don't see how. No way in hell, someone can come right out of the shoot and play near perfect rounds every time, to make it in the least required rounds. If you are that good then BB and some of the super elite won't stand a chance against you. I still smell fish, and they are becoming more and more rampant on here.
