Apply Common Sense WGT!

  I have played this game for a couple of  years and have spent money. Yesterday the game was not playable. I look on the forum for information from WGT about the obvious problem and some details of how to correct the problem. From WGT I have seen nothing, that is unacceptable.

  I am only a PC user and have no detailed knowledge of how to correct this problem and I do expect WGT to provide the DETAILS of how to correct it, even though it's not their software causing the problem.

  Always hear from WGT its never their problem, your browser, your cache, your this your that its their problem, bla bla bla

  But they didn't know about the buggy new Flash release.  If they were testing WGT's new release on the new Flash release they would have seen the problems before their customers and then told Adobe their new Flash was buggy don't release it.  Do you agree WGT should have known there was a new Flash release due out the day of WGT's planned release?

  It was announced on the internet. Homework has to be done thats why they get paid. Us the community should not have to go through this at all.

  sorry , they get paid and keep getting paid for kissing others asses and covering their own

  wgt is basically a flash based mmo, the development (creation) costs are sunk. it's all gravy now

  don't forget they are mainly focused on MLB now.

  also they took in "venture capital" so they are no longer their own masters

  I have been on the internet so long. The same problems are always there . One hand doesnt know what the other one is doing. And we valued customers just live with it. :(

  This!  Stop adding little things that only serve to slow us down.  It only gives YOU (WGT) one or more variables to go wrong and bring complaints.

  As your "Beta"  (lol) improves, you should be simplifying things not complicating them.
