  round 3 with kurtsbuford unbelievably difficult felt like a hack again! Be intersting to see the -7's now with this.

  Lmao, eggie and I just played our round........the starter balls in the rough with uneven lie engaged are almost uncontrollable,  the push/pull effect of the feet above or below ball can be compensated, however exaggerated wgt effects are vs various balls i dont know yet, but the distance on rough shots with uneven lies is nothing more than a guess, hope it just applies to starters(havent tried the lies with nikes).   Bunker shots....good luck with that.    LOL

  on the other hand, we probably should have practiced a round or 2,and not went out to the first tee for our final round wet behind the ears.

  Glad you're all "loving" the settings  ;) 

  This was the first round where the playing conditions were going to change dependant on scores shot. The field was due to set off with these settings but from the front tees (reds). As one player shot sub-30 on R2, I moved the tees back to whites. Had any others have shot under 30 then you would have been even further back! Lie factoring was an additional bonus to the little game of havoc that I wanted to produce this week :)

  Don't worry, week 11 will be back to sane conditions as it's noticeable these extra tough conditions have kept people away from playing. I want the tour to be accessible to all and I can see that less people will play if I make the settings too tough. Anyway at least I'll have one more round of seeing if I can get a full round of no-one breaking 30 :)

  Anything -3 or better will be a brilliant effort IMO for this round....

  i think conditions should be tough like this all the time to stop these mental crazy scores,can only be good for the game and more realistic imo,
