  I'm still running behind as I haven't checked through the pairings for R3 yet. You've got about 10-15 minutes to go before I'm shutting the door.

  All current warnings have been updated. Please note if you're on this list not to break the same rule again within the number of rounds stated.

  Round 3 Cut

  
  The sponsors for the week threw out the ultimate challenge for the week and it’s literally torn the field apart! The cut’s fallen at a record high figure of +4 with only just over 60 players toughing it out to complete both rounds.Top of the pile currently is Woodoworkery who is the only WGF player to have posted a sub-60 score for the first two rounds. I don’t think that’s something which we’ll see again for a long time (unless the tour management are feeling particularly harsh :) ).
  
  There’s a triumvirate of ladies on the tail of Woodo with BaaBaaBoom, Justinee and Lisa03 all within touching distance of our leader (notice how the double entendre potential for that sentence). Notable names such as Priestess, LuisCraveiro and Jimbean346 have all suffered greatly at the hands of the infamous WGT starter balls and it’s hard to see them recovering to gain any meaningful qualification points this week. Tess pulled a Phil Mick by literally walking off the course; she was heard to be muttering something under her breathe by the nearby reporters but she was not available for comment having taken the weekend to recover from her travails.
  
  With the introduction of lie factoring, the tour management team have looked at the playing conditions to decide whether they should be included in play this week. Given the harsh nature of the scoring so far, they’ve decided to say “what the heck, let’s make it even harder on the tour players who made the cut”. Daskino and Funkyjunkie3000 were seen to have evil grins on their faces when this was agreed and in no way did Jimbean346 have anything to do with the decision making..............

  End of R3 = Monday 3rd September 2012 at 3pm GMT (this is a definite as I need to get the MP comp underway ASAP)

  Please use the link below to find your designated partner. Try to make all attempts to play with this individual but if it's not possible use the following method:
  
  - use one of the ten R3 Markers (named in original WGF thread); markers are to remember that their first round counts as their R3 score
  
  - if not possible, use a WGF Tour player who you have not partnered with during R1 and R2
  
  - please always update your designated partner if you do use a marker

  For all other tour players, you've got a few days respite to charge your batteries for the end of the season. I expect I'll post Week 11 on Wednesday to give those who don't qualify for the Matchplay tournament something to be playing in the meantime.

  To those players, have a good few days break from the tour and we'll see you all next week.

  PM's will be sent around tomorrow to the players who are likely to qualify for the MP tournament....

  Very fun commentary Jim, its great to read....LOL but this so perverse:
