  Lost 2up to TDHarvey in round 2. Never really at the races today and deserved to lose the tie. My putter was in 'Alice' mode whilst TD made some very nice birdie putts from distance.

  Always a pleasure to 'meet' nice WGT members for the first time.

  Close match with Wayne (PB1711) lost at the 1st extra hole. Neither had putting on song today, but Wayne's held up better than mine.  Well played and best of luck for the rest of the Tournament.

  DougieWaugh and I finally squeezed our match in, we have struggled all week to match our schedules. An interesting match to say the least, with our putters upset with us for some reason. I managed to squeak out a win on the 1st extra hole.

  Thanks to the last few pairs for getting their matches finished on time. We're already well underway with R2 so my hope is that we can actually get ahead of the expected timeframes. Good luck to those who are still involved and remember that Week 11 is running and you've got until Thursday at 3pm to get R1 & R2 played.

  Rd 2 result against Stephen, madloopy.  The wgt gods certainly helped me here against a very good opponent, who with all respect wasn't getting the rub of the greens tonight.  I managed to birdie each of the first 5 holes and sadly loopy just couldnt find his game.  Nice to meet a new golfer though.

  Round 2

  To those who've still got Round 2 matches to play; cut-off is this Friday at 8pm GMT. Again if a pair have got a match firmly arranged for the Saturday (I appreciate a few people maybe in this position), then I'll probably let it go ahead. If you are in this position, please use the following RG's as a backup plan in-case you can't get on together:

  Legend vs. Legend = Legend Olympic Club Front 9 RG

  Tour Legend vs. Legend = Olympic Club Full 18 RG (first nine holes to count with back used for extras if required)

  Again, please PM your cards so that once both players have finished the RG, I can post together in the forum.

  Eight R2 matches are left to go so we're already halfway there. Being realistic, there's two matches that seem like they could be problematic due to the time differences between Australia and the ROW.

  Give me an early warning if you're struggling please and then we can get the backup into effect.
