Give Quitters 1 min to return & NOT 5 mins...DISGRACE

  Having to sit there for 5 mins waiting for a quitter to return is a disgrace and a blight on the game.

  Mods should do something about this instantly as I know already it is turning people away and Imany more will follow.

  REDUCE TO 1 MIN PLEASE.....

  Anyone else have thoughts on this?

  how do you differentiate between someone who has quit or who disconnected and needs to reboot or reconnect to the internet? we can't figure it out :(

  It' simple to work out that it dosn't take5 mins to reboot a computer for a start.

  This is a huge minority compared to the majority of disconnections from someone playing a bad hole and just leaving.

  The problem is 5 min is just way too long. 1 min to 90 seconds is more than enough.

  10 times I have sat there now afteromeone has disconnected and zero have returned so your theory of the 5 mins for the rebooter is simply blown out of the water.

  no need to figure it out.

  just scrap the whole kick everyone to wait in lobby, reconnect stroke play thing.

  Just give the dropper/quitter/disconnecter his -% and let rest play on. Total waste of everyone's time to sit in lobby. If the quitter/dropper restarts, let him finish solo.

  I said before they created it 3 minutes, I'd say thats more than enough to get back most of the time, and not long enough to REALLY drive people totally crazy. 2 or 3 minutes.

  Don't listen to him wgt....Mostly play 'stroke' with friends maybe 20% of time one of us needs to restart,through probs our end or yours.would've missed a couple of gr8 matches already..and when I play it random,well if It happens you got to take the rough with the smooth..3 mins probably enough though..Andy

  yeah sometimes it helps to re open your browser with lag. 2-3 minute wait time should b enough to do that, but not 5 minutes so if they really just left youre dying of agony after a couple minutes

  I as well as some reg friends appreciate the 5 mins. Its nice to know ater a reboot the game is still there PATIENTLY waiting to resume.

  5 mins isnt a long time.

   

  Not everyone who drops from the game are quitters, in fact a VERY SMALL minority are.

  1-3 mins is plenty if  you need to reboot such is life ... why should others have to wait ...

  Not really... my system takes 4mins to reboot.

   

  I cannot understand why heaps of people are getting annoyed with the new feature.....   with the other multi play games, the 5min rule has always been there... is that right.
