This table looks way too complicated to me... A simple rule of thumb for straight (front or back) wind is as follows:
change in distance = windspeed * clublength / 200.
For drivers/woods it's slightlly more than this and for wedges slightly less and it also depends on clubs (the above works well for G20 - for high trajectory clubs it's a bit more, for med trajectory a bit less) and balls, but that's already the fine tuning...
If it's side wind, you just need learn from practice by how much to adjust. Finally for mixed wind, estimate frontal and side components from the Pythagoras' theorem.
