    alosso:
There are reports in the forum of scorecard errors in ranked and practice games. It might be advisable to take a screen shot before finishing the last hole(?)

That's a helpful tip, alosso. Thanks!

I'm wondering if this theory might be right: I think what happens is that if one player closes out of the end-of-game screens (i.e. finishes looking at scorecard and stats, and returns to Main Menu) that player is deemed to be finished with the game. And if he starts another round before the other player has also returned to the Main Menu, then the second player is believed to have forfeit the original game.

So, if this is right, given that we need some time to capture screen shots of the card and stats, it would be best for players to wait a couple of minutes before starting up another game. And also good practice to return to Main Menu once you're done looking at the card/stats.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm available for next couple of hours (till 18:00 GMT) if anyone needs a marker for their 2nd round (or wants to practice for round 3, St Andrews)...

    Hi,

Any chance you could put an updatable score board on page 1?  Thanks.

    Mac

I'll do what I can Mac.

Anyone seen any good examples of googledoc spreadsheets that pull data from other sources, and sort automatically. I'm still figuring all this stuff out. Thanks!

Just a question. Wgt have said they've changed the way uneven lies are so has anyone found it to be easier?

I have to say I haven't noticed much difference. I did shoot -3 at RSG first practice round after the apparent changes, but I think that was mostly cos I holed lots of putts and stayed out of trouble. I suspect the main changes are in making the rough and bunkers a little less brutal. I was expecting to have to adjust all my distance expectations but I haven't noticed much difference. Anyone else have feedback?

Glad to see almost all of you have now finished Round 2. Just 5 players left to complete Round 2 (Kurt wasn't able to play in my weekday morning window of opportunity, so can anyone be a marker for him over the weekend: Kurt, can you offer times in GMT in this thread?)

Here is a leaderboard link for the whole tourney to date: Tough-it-Out Leaderboard

Hans has a big lead right now, but still with cmdking and Kurt to play their Oakmont round.

I'd like to mix up pairings a little in the 3rd and 4th rounds, ideally having people play together based on their position in the tourney. Please do check the time availability grid to see if this is an accurate representation on when someone could connect with you for a game.

Thanks everyone! I'm really enjoying this tourney. And I notice that a number of you have commented in WGTicon's thread about their being an official WGT Uneven Lies event.

McDuff10 marked for me this morning and the game was lots of fun, no practice again lol. We had 2 consecutive discoes on the back nine, and then after my par putt on 18, the screen said marianne had forfieted the match, which i know she didnt because we were on skype together.   I dont know if she had any screenshots, but the final scorecard screenshot for 18 was unavailable to me.    I have these shots, hopefully this will suffice,  have no clue what happened, so no stats available either.

This shot is starting the back 9, on hole 10..which shows i was +1 on the front nine:

this is card while mariannes wheel was spinning,  i told her to let me get a screenshot because she was spinning and couldnt load.  Here it is:

and here is my greenshot on 18 showing my final score of -4.    Sorry for the issues but not my fault.

      Sorry for issues.

Kurt did indeed smooth that last putt in on #18. Sorry, but I didn't bother with any screen shots.  Maybe I should have.    And I know Buffer would be disappointed with a -4, and so we need to change that to a +4................lolololololol.
