  "Big Pizza" hahaha, good stuff. Yes I am a moderator, but don't think of me as the police looking for someone to bust. I am simply here to help communication between WGT and the community. However, if I come across a thread that needs moderation I will jump in and lend some guidance :)

  It's almost as if he never left! ...Which is actually the case. Nothing has changed with Icon, he should be around soon.

  Now I'm going to sound negative.....We / I appreciate all you have done in the past to bridge the gap between the two sometimes opposing factions (Us & WGT).Some of the things I have said needed moderating Big time !!..However I remember a similar promise of more Forum discourse/interaction which never came to fruition 6 / 8 weeks ago....Hope at least for the Trolls WE will notice....Andy

  If we are thinking of the same thing, then I think my role change described in this thread is a direct response to that promise, although It definitely took longer than we would have liked.

  No, that WAS it Pizza...Re-read my post and wasn't trying to be pedantic just constructive......I remember the backlash when ppl thought all their probs would be solved if a MOD was around 24/7..(unrealistic, imo)..And as to taking "longer than you/we would've liked" I reckon WGT has resonded in all due haste...( My God sounds like we in a court of law..lol)..To reiterate Good to have you on board..Andy.(Off to win my CC Comp. ??? )

  Oh ok, I think I'm beginning to understand... to respond, I think that's why I'm being very blunt about our capabilities.

  I definitely do not want people to think that "all of their problems" will be solved with a moderator being around 24/7. Mainly because that isn't true, but also because that position doesn't exist at WGT. I am now a moderator, but my job function is not solely to look for things/people to correct. I am a voice, for WGT and at the same time for the community.

  In short: I am here to talk to all of you and get your feedback so that I can yell it at MisterWGT's face. Also, if I see a thread that needs attention or someone is out of line I will be able to provide the correction.

  Did I understand your point, Andy? (and I hope I conveyed mine clearly)   :)
