The version of Flash your using is not going to work with this game. Do a forum search for flash and meter and you will find the many posted fixes.
Try changing to another browser. It's easier than messing about with flash downloads. I use Maxthon but others prefer Opera or Comodo.

You don't mention which browser you're using abba, try IE 7 or 8 with flash verson (11,4,402,265) Found it works for me,
Opera works pretty well for me, rarely the bar does lag (probably my internet/computer but occasionally I blame WGT server side). Havent tried IE, i find it has a built in lag feature of its own.
Which browser?
My guess is Chrome - if so, look for information - available in the forum - to deactivate all but one Flash versions.
type chrome:plugins (details) and disable anything in the flash player that says "pepper flash" anywhere in the description.
My current flash version is 11.4.402.278 and works perfectly after I disabled the pepper flash that caused my mater stutters.
