    Would anyone participate it?

It would not be Whisler, even of b0geybuster prefers it, but before I float the idea elsewhere, I want to see if anyone else would want it.

I dont play in many ready goes these days. The more people that participate, the more generated bug reports to help make uneven lies better, so with that note, I would be interested. I would suggest Congressional as it has enough terrain to really make people think and work.

    Hi icon,

Yes, I'm sure you'd get takers! Probably quite a few from the field of our current tourney, The 'Tough-It-Out' Trans-Atlantic Starter Clubs Uneven Open.

I hope you'd consider making it Starter Clubs only (just to add to the fun!) if that's technically possible. I've seen quite a few requests for the official WGT tourneys to spice things up with fixed club requirements.

If I may also suggest that it be more on the nominal fee end, or even a free tourney rather than a ready-go. Presumably Uneven Lies is the way forward once you get all the tinkering done; therefore surely it's best to encourage as many people as possible to participate. I'm also concerned that much of the feedback you got at end-August, early September was based on too few rounds for people to have a chance to get to grips with it.

Thanks for considering this, and being willing to float it.

    Warmly, Corwyn

P.S. I'd vote for Royal St. George's: lots of lovely fairway bumps and hollows to contend with!

I say, nope uneven lies??? really why? have not tryed it and will try it when it becomes the "Normal" but otherwise really doesnt interest me in the least love the game as it is. I much would prefer new courses, mixed up courses (A all Par 3 and Par 5 course for example) then this uneven lies crap. No disrespect to the developers but in real golf uneven lies is rare. You hit the fairway aim for green hit again. The uneven stuff does happen but far less then every dam shot. LMAO

Just my 2 cents is all.

    Mes.

PS; My post is based on opion as I have not played even 1 round of uneven lies just shows my interest for the uneven lies feature. I have no interest in it. I have not had one friend talk about or even invite me to a uneven lies round to show the interest of the group I play with. I dont know feels like its being shoved on us reguardless and hope it stays as a Option but I can turn around I am sure.

Why make it a Ready-go? You'd get more players and more feedback as a result if you just put up a 9 or 18 unlimited. Award credits or not.

That's a good idea too. I guess I am just soliciting feedback:)

    Or both.

Unevenlies RG at relatively flat-surface course like St Andrews, 100credits. And a 9 or 18hole UP at a course with lots of elevations and unevenlies like Olympic. This will give you guys lots of feedback 4 final implementation.

    Cheers, GC

are you able to make holes with "0" wind ?

.. so that you only concentrate on the uneven lies

this would cut out any dubious feedback.

I would play it for sure. Does it have to be Whistler though?
