Consecutive days played bonus

  I seem to have lost my XP bonus for consecutive days played, despite playing at least one game per day which is backed up by my score history. Has this happened to anyone else?

  Would be nice to get an explanation from WGT - to be honest I'm not overly concerned about the XP as once you get to the higher levels it takes for ever anyway to reach the next level, but if WGT would like to gift me the R11 level 88 driver in lieu of the 880 XP points, I could live with that LOL.

  Yes, It's happening to me too. I missed my daily level up points as well, only getting 190 points for playing tournaments.  I do not believe I have missed any days over the weekend as well but will recheck. I am not too concerned as well since I am happy with most of my clubs.  Really just concentrating on getting my average down for the next tier.

   

  I think what the problem is this: On the 13th you played a Blitz game only and on the 12th I played only 2 CTTH games. I am not sure but maybe this is why we are missing our daily bonus credits. When I play it states in upper right corner only 2 consecutive days played. I  did not know closest to the hole games did not count for the daily bonus. I am currently at level 88 and if I had the credits I would gift you that driver just because at your tier and level you deserve it.....& it would make me smile on the inside for contributing to a fellow WGT brother. :)

  No  I have never lost my consecutive days played that was not my fault. That is not getting a round of any type in before the next day started. I have lost my consecutive day streak 4 times and each time I didn't play before the timer reset. What a lot of people don't seem to realize is that just playing every day might not get you the points if you don't finish a round before the timer resets. And any mode of play counts. CTTH, blitz, 3 hole practice, 1 hole played through the community page, or any ranked round. But they must be finished before the timer resets not just started. Just watch the timer on the game client window. It shows if you have played that day and how long it is before the next day starts.

       Been here more than long enough to know when my time frame is up. 8:00 p.m. EST is my flip time and over the last 6 days......on every other day I'm being re-set to 0 consecutive days getting only the 90 point bonus. Again...I know my time. Also know that I can play a one hole game for my daily bonus.

       I sent an e-mail to WGT  after the first time and I sit and patiently await a response.

  All that it's about is to get the "experience points earned" screen with the XP summation once during a day, counting in the GMT time zone, UTC +-0. The time left is shown in the main menu of the game client, close to the red "!" or green check mark.

  Minimum effort is one hole, all kinds of games count, be it practice, ranked or challenge.

  Just don't try to play a big game or a multiplayer if the time left is running out. It's about three minutes to set up your favourite hole (mine is STA#17 frequently) and get through it.

  I've become used to do it in the morning, while checking mail for the first time. Hope that I can continue my streak of 299 on a journey the coming weekend :)

  I lost mine a week or so ago.  I played consecutive days, but there was more than 24 hours between and I was (I guess) too close to the flip time.

  I know for a fact that I played before the stipulated time cut offs, on occasion I will play a 3 hole practice game to achieve this - this time I am at a loss and did email WGT for an explanation as they can look at the logs - will keep everyone posted (if I hear back lol)

  This is copied from a post by drmoose in another thread when he also lost his CD bonus even though he played on time:

  "Recieved this from WGT 4/13/2012 . 'You appear to have lost your consecutive days played bonus do to some rare glitch and we do not have the tools to reinstate it." 'Good luck on your next shot." So there you have it. At least they responded promptly.

  It appears that you can indeed play your game on time and lose your bonus.

       Well I got to TWO days once again since last time I posted, got my 90 points last night.

  Just played a one holer for the daily bonus and BAM......I'm back at ONE DAY AGAIN!!!

  TIP :- If you have a problem with WGT, I'd contact them directly and wait for the response before coming onto the forum..(no one likes their dirty washing aired in public).

  I've always had a timely and fair response this way.

  If you don't like the answer you're given then come here and complain away by all means...but give yourself a fair chance of a favorable outcome first ? ..Andy
