Consecutive days played bonus

  TIP :- If you have a problem with WGT, I'd contact them directly and wait for the response before coming onto the forum..(no one likes their dirty washing aired in public).

  I've always had a timely and fair response this way.

  If you don't like the answer you're given then come here and complain away by all means...but give yourself a fair chance of a favorable outcome first ? ..Andy

       While I appreciate your "TIP"  ...and am even more honored that you singled me out in this post when others asked the same.

    I did contact them directly and still await a response. In no way is this airing dirty laundry either. That in my opinion would entail more personal issues with a complaint. This is just a simple daily bonus issue that I and apparently others would like to hear something back on.

  Well I am back to 3 days in a row, along with the reduced XP award.I am still awaiting a response from WGT (I emailed them and have a case number) but I am sure they do get inundated so I am happy waiting.

  I made the original posting to see if mine was an isolated case or if others had been affected and as I orginally stated the XP points dont really have much of an impact the higher level you get to.

  As you posted twice, using Capitals the 2nd time, after saying in your 1st post you were "waiting patiently" I thought it best aimed at you....

       Thanks a million for the reply and the _____ to help with the current glitch in daily points. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.    Thanks again WGT  :)

  Well I heard back from WGT, would appear there was a small glitch for some unknown reason but full marks to them for the prompt reply. At the end of the day as I said all along, the XP points dont really matter, Im just happy I can play, albeit pretty poorly some days lol.

       Been here more than long enough to know when my time frame is up. 8:00 p.m. EST is my flip time and over the last 6 days......on every other day I'm being re-set to 0 consecutive days getting only the 90 point bonus. Again...I know my time. Also know that I can play a one hole game for my daily bonus.

       I sent an e-mail to WGT  after the first time and I sit and patiently await a response.

  this happened to me also. i contacted wgt about this and i didn't care about the points. the day in question i played 2 lternate shot games, i don't remember  if i got the daily points or not but hey couldn't or wouldn't restore my consectutie days played - the date was sept 26 - anybody else

  I played yesterday and was not given any credit for playing what is thr probllem

  Today, my 6th day in a row I am being told that I have zero consecutive days.  If it is truly a daily timer, then if play each day I should get a bonus.  Problem is that the timer appears to calculate 24 from the first game you played the previous day. Well, I had a day off work so I started playing at about 2PM yesterday.  Unfortunate that I work, so I missed their '24 hour' timer, even tough I played my last game at 9pm, playing at 6pm today - to the game - means that I did not play in 24 hours. 
  If they wanted to be correct they could easily change the code to have he 24 hour timer run from midnight to midnight.  Or from the time you play your last game, to when you play your first game the next day... but it appears that doing so is not what they want to do.  Maybe they feel you will buy more credits, but this ends up making the game feel cheap.
  Not enjoying this particular game experience.  I feel cheated. I followed the rules.
