If your using the Ping i15 irons like me, you'll appreciate the GI3-D and S golf balls. They work fine for me and the meter is just about as slow as the Rapture meter. Their a bit pricey at .94 cents, but the strokes saved are well worth the cost IMO.

For the product to perform correctly, everyone needs to make sure they clear their browser, and flash caches after a WGT product update. The new files conflict with the old files and will cause slow loading times and meter stutter.

Those are good golf balls, but with i15 irons, they don't offer that slow of a meter.

If your using FireFox this is what the clear recent history box looks like. Just simply click tools and you'll see it at the bottom of the drop down menu. If you haven't cleared your cookies out in a while, it's a good idea to do that. You'll want to clear your site preferences, form and search history too. Only clear your browser cache when there's a WGT product update. It's always good to keep your Adobe settings manager clear too when you play the game. Just leave the WGT web site in there.

I've used both types of balls, and switched to the GI3-S balls after I upgraded my irons (I15) and driver (tri).   It does slow down the meter a bit more than the GI2-S balls, and it made the swing meter speed very similar to how it was when I used the GI2-S balls with the R9 and G10 clubs.   With the added bonus of creating an even slower meter for my wedges and putter, which helps my accuracy with those clubs.

Thanks Richard for your advise it worked. Just equaled my lowest score 64 with 10 birds, can't believe the difference it made and of course those GI-SD balls helped .  Thanks again griff

I am only at the Pro level and have tried both.

I use the Ping G10's steel irons but I have noticed the biggest difference for me in the short game, the G13-s seem to react a little better for me putting, chipping and pitching or short shots under 105 yds that need alot of spin, this is only my opinion at what is working for me.

Good Luck, hope you find what works best for you !

    Hi Stryder,

Yeah, I bought the GI3-D balls and I'm finding myself over-cooking shots. I'm definitely going back to the GI3-S balls for sure. Glad to see you playing well friend.

I use the G13-S, love them, for the spin.

didnt like any of the D balls as their extra distance isn't reflected in the club/ swing meter.
