Ryder Cup 2009 - GOODBYE!

   WOW .. Knew it was going to be big, but ... wow.  Next time, i think  i'll just try to insert a link... even trimmed down, it took a whole page.

   Just an FYI ... I should be availabe to do some commentary for the matches on Sunday and Monday morning.  I would prefer Skype, but using live chat thru MSN worked really well between AvatarLee & myself for this first round. All I need is for one of the participants to let me know, and we can connect b4 your match starts to give a play-by-play commentary in mIRC for those that would like to follow the action.

   And for those with concerns, I've played using, Skype, Ventrilo, and now Live chat .. with absolutely no lag problems ... gives whole new dimension to the game. Who knew that AvatarLee was an honest-to goodness REAL person ...LOL ..  and a really nice guy, too.

  Just a correction, one of the games will be played on Saturday(not Sunday) morning.

  Clare, Mountaineer, Slor, Dork, Thunderbird, Smoothswinger? Anybody wants to do the voice thing? I´ve already spoken to Cool and he says he hasn´t got the right equipment. I´m leaving for the weekend now so I won´t be able to help you any more with tomorrow´s match if you need anything.

     OK .. that didn't go off as planned, as WvMountaineer must have had soemthing come up. Sorry to Coolswing &  Dorkfeatures .. we know it was getting way late for you guys down under. 

     The match between ClaremoreBlue/ WV Mountainerr and Coolswing/Dorkfeatures has been rescheduled for Sunday evening  about  9:00 PM Central Time .( 9:00 AM monday morning for those Aussies).

    I want to say thanks for the growing support in mIRC ... was surprised to see more ppl in there this morning. ... waiting for the play-by-play.  I'm going to be doing that for as many matches as I can be around for.  For this match, I've hooked up with the Duck on MSN, so that I can pass along the info as soon as it happens.

   Good Luck everyone... I'll be here Sun. night with my fingers all warmed up.
