But, how bout we unmute that vid?  I tried watching 3 times and can't get sound.  Any suggestions as to whether or not I'm the idiot here (very likely the case).

LOL. Keep watching it. They had technical difficulties at the start that took a couple of minutes to fix. It goes to the WGT screen and then restarts.

WTG Chad. I commend you and the WGT staff. Speaking on behalf of myself, and a few others I'm sure, I feel you are truly making an effort to be more personable and up-front with your customers and the community. Very cool.

WGT has come a looooooong way with sooo many different options and features that it is “virtually” impossible to please everyone. That being said, and looking at the “big picture” I feel WGT is and has been dedicated in satisfying the major issues that affect everyone as a whole and not just a handful of players.

AGAIN,,,Congrats and thank you to Chad and to the entire WGT staff for your first community wide broadcast and for being open and upfront.  edge

I would also like to see Pizza on a webcam next time... who is this mystery man (or woman?) behind the curtain? Even the occasional Hitchcock-esque passing in the shadows, as mentioned earlier, would suffice.

You must have missed him GlassMan......he did make a brief appearance!  ;o)

No actual gameplay benefit (like avatars)....but maybe the 1st step in being able to dump an iron for another wedge ?

Actually, if most would go out and buy another 'top-end' wedge, it's strange it's not near the top of 'to-do' list.....Andy

I've watched the non-Q&A part and this struck me as strange. Perhaps someone could clarify.

"If a higher tier player forfeits a game, the lower tiered player will not be awarded the win"

Chad went on to say "or the credits."

This suggests to me that any higher tiered player losing in MP challenge can simply forfeit and save his credits. Surely not the case?

    Nope, not the case...

The only thing that the lower tier player will not get is bumped up in tier because of the chicken player that is forfeiting. If the match is forfeited, the player left standing will win the credits.
