                                                OAKMONT COUNTRY CLUB

  Just created and played an 18 hole tourney at Oakmont.  Barely made -3, which I consider great when one remembers how challenging this course can be.  You need your tee shots on the fairway, since most Par 4's are very long.  But my favorite part is :  Cup position on the greens ! ... You need to chip inside the 3 ft ring in order to have chance for a 1 putt closing.  Of course, I am the only one on this CC for now (1 day of genesis) so, in seven days I will be the winner of most of my own trophies (what a glory ha) ... lol ...   I wish you the very best for your CC Alex. You are a great guy and I applaud you for what your club stands for.

  I wish we could belong to two CC's but I am loyal but yours would be the first I would join if I do leave my CC.
