WGT have launched a new aspect to the game by only having the meter jump and stagger depending on what club you use.............

I just played 18 holes at CCC and had the smoothest meter ever when i was using either my woods or my wedges but everytime and i mean EVERYTIME i used my R11 irons the meter jumped , staggered and stalled in the worst possible way.

I suggest to you WGT.........start respecting where your income is coming from and stop ripping players off with this software controlled rubbish you have had in the game for quite sometime.

    Greg.

And there was me, approaching level 90, thinking I'd better start planning on having enough credits to buy these irons. I assumed I was going to need them fairly soon. Oh dear, this does not sound good !!

This is quite an odd situation. You would think that if you're going to have meter troubles it would be across the board. Did you try anything to fix it?  My first thought would be to clear the cache to preclude a corrupt R11 file.

Jim may be right here as I don't get stuttering any worse with the R11 irons than I do with any other clubs (and I rarely get any stuttering anyway).

I only tend to get meter jumps with my putter but i put that down to it being a slower meter speed. I've always had it happen for as long as i can remember. I just let it run through once and then it's fine on the 2nd time.

As far as the R11 irons go i do occasionally get it speed up right at the end causing me to click late which can be annoying. The weird thing is it always seems to happen on certain holes like the 16th (par 3) at Oakmont or the 3rd (another par 3) at Olympic for example.

I have Game Booster........Advanced System Care Pro...........i clear the cache regularly and i have a pc that packs a real punch..........8gig RAM,  2 Tb hard drive and 2 gig Graphics card, the meter stutters with the R11's has only started in the last fortnight and as i said i get no jumps with the other clubs.

It's nothing other than this stupid VEM that WGT has in their software..........everyone knows they can make the meter spike at anytime during anyone's game.....

There is no issue at my end, it's definitely at their's......this is not a bug or a internet glitch.

    This is typical WGT  !!!

P.S.  I do appreciate responses though..........:-)

You didn't mention clearing the adobe flash.  I would suggest using the maxthon 3 browser.  I went thru a bad period of meter jumping right after I joined.  Read some entries on forum put them into action, and have not had a jumpy meter since!

Maybe I just got lucky.  The answer is out there keep trying what others recommend if you are able.  Best of luck,  my nickle.

This isn't a function of VEM, period. Clear the Flash cache, what do you have to lose? (Maybe an R11 stutter?)

I thought it was just me, but this whole weekend my wedges were flying by right at the *ding*. All other clubs, no problem. I just chalk it up to *its a computer game*, what ya gonna do?

Only thing I've noticed this last couple of weeks as have a few of my friends are that the R11's precision is being fiddled with. Their consistency is going going gone.

I don't honestly care what WGT's response or stance is on this matter. I know the game well enough to know the R11's have been getting goofed around with.

Strange how the R11's  were great around 1 months ago.

Oh wait! .........silly me....them MAX irons are just out plus the Rocketblades are due out soon. :)

WGT should add another set of dots for "Precision Durabilty" ....i.e how long their precision is gonna last before they get the goofy treatment.

Personally I could care less these days. I've bought my last clubs..so they can do what the hell they want with the R11's. I don't play as much as I used to so will just stick with them.
