WGT has a number of ways to suck away your balls!
But out and out fraud is NOT one of them. It's not good for business or the bottom line.
They also have the ability (had you contacted them first) to VERIFY your purchases and game play history, so that they don't credit everybody who complains, because many claims are bogus, coming from frustration.
Had the problem occurred with me, I would have stopped the game and reported (via the in-game error reporting system) the situation, and hopefully WGT would verify and notify me that they added back the error quantity.
But if you hadn't discovered the problem until after you finished the game, you could still contact WGT, hopefully as soon as possible afterward: http://www.wgt.com/help-request.aspx
But if I was sure I was right and WGT denied me, then the forums would still be there by which to vent..
And despite your venting of the problem, if it is still verifiable by WGT, a concise re-creation of what happened and when, submitted to them as an open problem might STILL get your balls restored.
They can't fix what they don't know is broken!
