    Fun / Favorite

Both Kiawah and St. Andrews front 9 are equal for me

    Most challenging

Bethpage back 9 (very bogeyish for me!)

    As an extra (CTTH Favorite)

Edgwood Tahoe - I would really like to see it as a full course. (all those evergreens remind me of our yearly vacations at our New Brunswick chalet... man I really need vacations!)

    Rob.

yeah I agree with you ...I have had so many rounds going to the back 9 at -6 or so...only to leave with a +3 after the back 9 ...so a good day on the back 9 at BPB is a great lesson, as you so well put it, in recovery.

Funny that no one puts in Bethpage as their favorites.  I agree the course is so tricked up on here that it isn't fun.  When you have several par fours with no real chance to reach in regulation without a perfect wind and a hole like #15 it just isn't a fair test of golf.

Kiawah Front 9, I have beginners sticks, and you have a opportunity to birdie every hole.BPB is another good 18

Right now I hate them all equally. After making master My game has sort of gone to pot. I'm not sure why because the extra length of the master tees is offset by the extra distance of the master driver. But to chose a favorite 9  for scoring it would have to be the front side of St. Andrews for The challenge it would have to be Backside of BPB  basically you need to be 2 or 3 under before you reach 15 because for me 15 is usually a round killer. It is the only hole on BPB that I have never birdied and only parred a few times. My best nine score though before my 30 at St. Andrews Saturday was a 31 on the backside if BPB in one of the multi-round tourneys. That day I could do no wrong 4 birdies and no bogies helping me finish in second place in that tourney. Still my only top 5 finish in any tourney.

Kiawah front 9, for the simple fact I will never get tired of trying to master holes 4, 5, and 9. Making birdie on these holes is the most challenging part of the game for me. If you want to shoot a low score on the front, you have to at least par these holes. It may be easy for some, but always remains a challenge for me.  : )

Green speed. Your new default is Very Fast and not only does that affect putting, it affects approach shots too. Your distances will be OK but that shot to the green is going to behave differently now. You'll figure it out.  :-)

Most fun is probably Oakmont back 9, although it's not the easiest. Easiest 9 holes IMO is Kiawah back 9.

Favorite back nine? That would have to be the Folies Bergere.
