Can't send email to members

  As a cc owner, can't send email to members.  Anyone else having this problem?

  Yep, having the same problem.  I get emails from wgt in my spam account..  Like when I rent clubs or enter a tournament.   But I can't send any to my country club members or I should say they don't get the ones I send because I've sent plenty under owner tools.   

  P. s.   I have emailed with about this with no reply.

  I just found out, that just some of my members, are getting the emails.   When posting in my club forum, isn't it suppose to go out as an email?

  Possibly they are getting them.. But I think the emails go to spam folder, so they aren't getting them in there inbox..  Possibly tell the members to add the email (members@wgt.com)  to there address book so they see the emails you post in there inbox.

  If you go into "Your Account" and click on Contact info then put ticks in the appropiate boxes your members should then receive e-mails from the CC Owner.

  In my account, boxes 3, 4, and 5 have been checked since day one and I get plenty of emails from WGT, but emails from the CC email option do not work.  I tested it myself, and no one else got it either.  I get notifications about posts in the CC forum (sometimes even duplicates) but the mass CC email does not work).

  I have read posts dating back several years about this problem and it still seems unsolved, or at least, not fixed.

  This really hampers CC communication.

  We have the same problem at my club..

  Wgt needs The messages to appear in the inbox where you claim your rewards.
