WoW!!! All i have  is "WOW"..I know i still maybe new to the game and i by no means have a 59 average..But i play St andrews alot cause i love the wind :)..Im just simply blown away to see that 1 person can hold complete clicker finger zen for a full 18 holes and bring in a score like that!! To all you 50 averages I am no more than your humble student and you guys are the true master tier of WGT!Once again..WOW jared.

yeah I am depressed right now ..I am struggling to break 80...I played golf in Ireland while   few years ago and the greens were like glass...but at St. Andys it is glass with hills..LOL  very depressing.  I will just keep practicing I guess.

Thank you all for the kind words regarding my round! A smooth meter, little luck and no distractions at the office....it's amazing what can happen when it all comes together :) Haven't had a good round since!

LOL, it never fails, your best performance is almost always a pre cursor to one of your worst...

We have a new lowest score.  Was playing with a couple friends until I was forced to bail and play the last few holes solo.  Kind of fitting, screwed up 17 just like my 54 on kiawah, but was once again bailed out by a holed pitch!

Will do a hole by hole summary again, since people seemed to enjoy it last time, and it is fun for me to come back and read months down the road.

    1.  Wind 19 @ 9.  73 left for approach, hit to 4.5 ft right.

    2. 15 @ 3.  95 left, landed perfectly near the top of the slope, 6 feet long.

    3.19 @ 12.  Drive to 56 yards, 2nd to 5 ft left.

    4. 19 @ 7.  Drive to 143, 7i to 2 feet.

    5. 19 @ 9.  Drive to 211,  2/3 backspin 4i to 6 feet, eagle.

    6. 13 @ 12.  Drive to 33, punch to 9 feet long, wouldn't stop with the tailwind and downslope.

    7. 21 @ 12.  Choked down a lot on my driver, stopped just short of the greenside pot bunker, 68 yards, 30/40% rough.  Backspin 75 to 3 feet.

    8.  16 @ 12,  3/4 topspin 7i to 9 feet long.

    9.  19 @ 1,  misclicked my drive late because I was afraid of missing early and catching a bad dev into fescue.  36 foot eagle putt misses by a hair due to a 1 pixel misclick.

    10. 14 @ 7.  Drive to 59, punch to 5 feet.

    11. 20 @ 7.  Backspin 4i to 5 ft.

    12.  17 @ 11.  Went to the right of the pot bunker leaving a 22 foot eagle putt, draino.

13 20 @ 7.  Drive to 141, 7i to  7.5 feet long.  Not a hard putt at all, and had just seen coolswing putt on the exact same line.  But somehow managed to misread it and miss on the low side.

    14.  19 @ 11.  Drive to 239, 3i caught a downslope and went rocketing over the green.  Pitched to 2 feet.

    15. 20 @ 12.  Choked down on my driver to stay short of the bunkers.  103 left, did no spin on my 90 yard wedge to 8 feet long.

    16.  19 @ 2.  Caught a downslope on the tee shot, 68 left, 4 feet short.

    17. 18 @ 1.  Misclicked my drive 1 pixel early and caught a nasty nasty dev into the left fescue, 20 yards left of my aim.  152 left, did 156 punch, misclicked a pixel early again into the rough just right of the pot bunker.  Had 14 yards, but with the tailwind and downslope only hit my pitch with 10 yards of power, finds the bottom of the cup.

    18.  18 @ 12.  Did no spin on my drive to catch the downslope about 260 out off the tee, rocketed up to 18 yards short of the pin.  Flopped to 4 feet.

Nicely done, B-one question...............Did you recap that by memory or did you make notes as you played it?

Given that you didn't know you were going to do that, especially having started as a MP game, I'm guessing the answer is memory. If that's the case then that might lend some insight as to why you're a savant here!

    Scary. Just plain scary. Congratulations.

p.s., You know what's coming next from the Doubting Thomases.   ;-)

Congrats B, knew you could do a 54 but a 53 is just plain awesome man !

I was lucky to be playing along side B for 13 holes.  His yardage control and shots direction was just incredible, certainly learnt a few things from him that's for sure.  What's next on your wish list B ?! :-)
