Yes you can but you have to be able to read and comprehend. Retention of what you read is helpful, too.

I was at 465 days consecutive, was disconnected 3 times, game ended.  Did not realize the game did not count and next day lost the consecutive days, reset to 0.

You mean to tell me you didn't realize that you wouldn't get your consecutive day bonus for a game you didn't finish???

All it takes s a little work on our part to find find the problem. Until recently I has maybe 4 or 5 disconnects in a little over 3 years. All those were when MY network reset itself and lost signal from the modem. Then about 3 weeks ago I started getting a lot of them. I checked my new inexpensive router and found that it was causing the disconnects. I unhooked and went back to wired directly to the modem and have not had a disconnect since,

He doesn't want to hear that, Sting. It's WGT's fault.

Just sounds like the OP had an unlucky run and gave up that day to only to find out he lost his 880 CDP bonus.

I think it was this loss that created the ire.

6 Days later 880 is back again.

Oh come on.  Really?  It is not my router or modem or ISP.  There are things I do before playing this game, every game. It still does not fix  all the problems, but usually runs better.

What I'm talking about is that the coding for when players quit a game is not good.  That is the cause of the disconnects.  I assumed that you read the other posts on the forum and know that other players ARE having the same exact problem.  But maybe you only see what you want to see.

The problem can be duplicated.  Start a game, have a player quit, disconnects will soon follow.  This is not a result of faulty hardware.  So I stand by my Fix the problem before giving new cash cows.

Not trying to be a butt or anything, dont want to start an argument.  This started 4 or 5 weeks ago, more than enough time for WGT to fix it.

But oh well, only a game.  Guess I'll spend more time with my family.  lol

You have exactly 12 AS games played. 12!!  I have almost 2000 and the worst thing that happens when somebody leaves the game is I get stuck waiting 5 minutes for them to return or forfeit. Occasionally you get stuck in WGT limbo where clicking the Continue button does nothing, forcing you to forfeit the game. And I haven't seen that happen in a long time.

Quit blaming coding and WGT and the dog. The system isn't perfect but it certainly isn't in the dire straits you seem to think it is. Follow Navigaters advice.
