    I noticed that I don't have the invite to play bar next to my average.  How did I miss, or how do I establish a invite bar?

    Hi dgharleym, you shouldn't see an invite button next to your own name because you can't invite yourself.

    Do we have to invite someone else because everyone in this tier has a invite button but me?

    Actually it did.  You can't have an Invite To Play button next to your own average, because the function of that button is to invite that particular user to a game, and since in this case you're looking at your own profile, you're not going to see that button since you can't invite yourself.

    Look at someone elses profile who you know to be online and look for the button then.
